I love FCA Total Athlete Camp because of the opportunities it brings for Jesus’ love to be heard about AND experienced. Most of our campers seem to have open ears and hearts to the movement of God while they’re at camp. Maybe it’s because they don’t have the distractions of “home” while they’re gone for five days. At camp, they don’t have a schedule to keep, homework to do, friends to impress, coaches to please, and phones to fill the quiet spaces of their day. They’re building relationships with people their age, many of whom are going through the same things they are facing back at home. They’re being led by college students that are close enough in age to relate to, but old enough to admire. They’re being coached by godly adults that not only want to see them improve in their sport, but deeply care about them as whole people - body, mind, and soul. FCA Camp is more than a sports camp. It’s week full of opportunities to encounter Jesus Christ. If you attend this camp and you’re open to the work of God, you will leave feeling inspired and experiencing lifelong change.
